Stopwatch Urgent Care Messaging Terms of Service

1. When you opt-in to receive messages (SMS, MMS, RCS) from Stopwatch Urgent Care, you agree to receive transactional messages related to:
   • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations;
   • Registration and intake communications;
   • Waitlist and queue notifications;
   • Follow-up care instructions;
   • Billing and payment reminders;
   • Prescription and pharmacy-related notifications;
   • Satisfaction surveys and care experience feedback requests;
   • Secure links to patient portals or digital intake forms; and
   • Other operational, administrative, transactional, or healthcare-related communications authorized by the applicable Provider Client.
2. Promotional or marketing messages will only be sent where separately authorized.
3. You can cancel the messaging service at any time. Just reply “STOP” to any message. After you send a “STOP” message to us, you may receive one additional message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending messages to you again.
4. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance.
5. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
